Terms of Service
These terms apply when you download, buy or use GMB Tracker (the "app"). By using the app you agree to them.
1. The license
- The free version can be used at no cost, with the limits shown in the app.
- A Pro license is a one-time purchase that gives you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features on up to 3 of your own computers at a time. You can move a seat by removing a computer from the app or from your account page.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as GMB Tracker is offered, and includes all updates we release for the app.
- You may use the app for your own business and for client work, including white-label reports. You may not resell, share, publish or sublicense your license key, or use one license for people outside your business.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and in line with the terms of the services it accesses for you, including Google Maps.
- Do not attempt to bypass the license checks, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use it to overload any service.
- You are responsible for the searches you run, the frequency you choose and how you use the results and reports.
3. Third-party services
The app relies on services we do not control — Google Maps, map tile providers, and, if you choose, Anthropic and webhook services. Their availability and the data they return can change at any time. If a change temporarily affects the app we will work to restore it in an update, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party data.
4. Your data
Your projects and scans are stored on your computer, and you are responsible for keeping backups of anything important (the app also makes daily local backups). See the Privacy Policy for what we receive.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. We may revoke a license that was obtained by fraud, charged back, or shared in breach of these terms.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Rankings shown are what Google returned for each search at the time it ran; Google's results vary by time, device, account and location, and we do not guarantee any ranking outcome or that the app is free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update. You can stop using the app at any time. If you materially breach these terms we may end your license.
